Small Tsunamis Hit Northeast of Indonesia

After Japan's tsunami yesterday, many islands in Indonesia were on alert for evacuation, particularly North Sulawesi and Maluku Islands. Indonesia, luckily, remained untouched, but late last night small tsunamis were reported in Northern Papua, New Guinea.

All was well on the island of Bali, as well as the rest of the Indonesian archipelago.
